Step 1: Put On Orangetheory Heart Rate Monitor

First off, wear your Orangetheory heart rate monitor strap, and attach the hrm. It may come as an armband or a chest strap.

Ensure that you apply small drops of water to the sensors of the straps. The sensors are located at the sides of the heart rate monitor position. The wet sensors will facilitate the electrode’s functioning.

If you are wearing the chest strap, the adjustment close should be on the right side, with the sensors at the center of the bottom of your chest. Also, remember that the wet sensors should touch your bare skin.

You can wear it on your wrist or at the biceps for the armband, depending on where you feel most comfortable.
